    Inverter Push Attachments

An inverter push attachment combines clamping, inversion, and a horizontal push mechanism. It is used to quickly transfer entire loads from a standard warehouse pallet onto a shipping slip-sheet or a different pallet type without manual restacking.

    • The Clamp & Rotate: The attachment uses two wide platens to securely clamp the loaded pallet on the top and bottom, then rotates the entire load 180 degrees. This places the original pallet on top and the goods on the bottom (usually resting on a slip-sheet or the forks itself).
    • The Push: The operator unclamps the original wooden warehouse pallet and lifts it away. When driving into a shipping container or onto a delivery truck, a heavy-duty hydraulic push plate extends forward, sliding the stack of goods smoothly off the forks while leaving the internal warehouse pallets behind.

    Customized Standalone Pallet Inverter

A pallet inverter (or pile turner) is a specialized industrial machine designed to clamp and safely rotate a fully loaded pallet 180 degrees.

    Why Warehouses Use Pallet Inverters

    • Pallet Exchange: Transferring incoming goods from inexpensive shipping wooden pallets to clean plastic or customised pallets required in food and pharmaceutical cleanrooms or automated warehouse storage.
    • Damaged Goods Recovery: Swapping out a broken or split pallet at the very bottom of a multi-ton stack without manually removing all the boxes on top.
    • Freezer Spacer Removal: Removing plastic spacers placed between tiers of boxed goods to accelerate airflow during blast freezing before the final shipment.
    • Product Protection & Settling: Rotating sensitive liquids, chemicals, or powdered ingredients to prevent settling, caking, or spoilage during long-term storage.
